RRNN (T.K.O. (C.E.O. Son) x Ms. Clinton (Kerr x Cabaniss))
Bred by J.B. and Becky Massey
|
We believe that breeders can put themselves in a position to limit their programs by strictly evaluating an individual attribute of a rams' phenotype - we didn't! This natural-colored ram that shouldn't have been! For the length and extension C.O.D. offers he throws twice the power and shallowness. His progeny's rib and body shape are as close to ideal as we have ever seen - really round with excellent spread, all while maintaining superior flatness through their outer shoulder and shallowness in their underline. These sheep are easy feeding, great handling and
have proven they can win!

Danger Zone
Sidwell 4008 x Sidwell 141 (Oklahoma State x Sidwell 606)
Bred by Casey Sidwell
|
This guy is one of the coolest looking dorset bucks we could find - and, he has a pedigree that packs a punch! Danger Zone amazes you with the way he is built skeletally. Flawless on the brace, or on the move, this sheep has a huge hip and amazing lower leg shape.
He is really round ribbed, yet has a flatness in his shoulder to
please any evaluator.
Danger Zone proves it is possible to raise a white one
that looks like a black! |

Ed Martin x L3
Owned by Randy Lively |
As we began our quest to raise competitive dorset sheep we wanted to find the best and most intriguing sheep we could to start with. This guy is the shallowest, biggest boned, levelest dorset buck we have seen to date. As we evaluated his 2008 lamb crop at Randy Lively's, it was apparent that we needed to use him. Those lambs were so consistent and cool in their look. Their top shape was hard and square, and they were all up headed and seamless on the move. We expect great things from this mating, look for dorset winners in a show
ring near you in 2009!
Thanks again to Randy for allowing us to lease 81. |

Side Action
RRNN (Ladies' Man x Dee Bros 31 (43 x 40)) |
This young April-born buck lamb combines a lot of what a good one should. Walking out, you admire him for his levelness and upheadedness, yet when you put your hands on him, he is big racked and ultra flat loined and measures well, with a dead-square, perfect hip. Side Action is out of a ewe lamb we purchased directly from Marcantel's last spring and she was so good, we had to buy her sister! If he had been older, we would have used him harder.
He is quite the stud -- we all need a little Side Action! |

RRNN (LSU2 (Marcantel 23 x 40) x
Impact 298 (Little Penny))
Bred by Impact Hamps |
In our quest to raise more prominent and prolific females, we sought to find a sheep that
combined flawlessly; design, structure, and rib-shape with productivity and pedigree.
This led us to the sheep we call Ladies' Man. He has proven to be a valuable asset leaving us with a
great set of replacement females in 2006, along with a keeper buck lamb (Side Action).
If you appreciate the kind that will grow and develop into foundation females, you need a Ladies' Man! |

Secret Service
QRNN (Packen' Heat x Impact 97)
Bred by Impact Hamps |
Secret Service was our yearling stud ram purchase
from Brian Reilly in 2003.
Secret Service was a super-structured, heavy-boned,
yet still a very attractive sheep that advanced our program.
Unfortunately, we never had the opportunity to fully utilize this stud ram since
he met an untimely death before being afforded the opportunity
to leave his mark. |
