Introducing... 2010 ET Donors

DB 56
RRNN (DB6001 - Direct Hit x 11 (Shell x Cabaniss))

This female has been a standout since she was born in 2006.  We lost her mother in early 2009 at 11 years old after being bred to Direct Hit for the 4th time in a row, a rarity here.  Another one of our best females is a Direct Hit daughter out of 56, her tag is 73, and time will tell how quickly she will be featured as a donor.  This is the full sister 68, who was sold successfully to Ashley Balsley at the 2008 Premier Bred Ewe Sale, full sister to 71 who is being offered at the 2009 Bred Ewe Sale, mother of 9209 sold at Midwest Elite for $1,950 to Mike Kidd, and mother of 9208 who was sold for $3,250 to Audrey Neal at the 2009 Premier 10 and ended up Reserve Hampshire at the 2009 Ohio State Fair.
56 is one of those really special ewes to have around, and we anticipate lambing the 10 eggs she flushed bred to Big Easy around January 22nd, 2010, and have her bred back the same way a couple weeks later.

DB 30 (Marcantel 26)
QRNN (43 x Tonic's Ewe Family)
This ewe was in the first ewe lamb package we ever purchased from Marcantel’s.  Oddly enough the only sheep she has been bred to for the past 3 years has been Big Easy and all 4 of those lambs have been stellar.  30 is the mother of a ewe lamb we sold at Black & White to Skipper Carlisle, the young ewe Neer’s showed this summer and we retained, and TOO EASY a buck lamb we are super excited about from the 2010 crop.  Her picture is impressive, but she is one that you truly have to see to appreciate.  Her hip is huge, her rib is massive, but she is ultra clean through her front end and incredibly long bodied and level.  She gave us 2 eggs that will be due to Big Easy around January 22nd, 2010, and is bred back to Stimulus a couple weeks later.
